We at The Signature Inn, Bangalore have used this Pandemic to fundamentally redesign our Operations, in accordance with the guidelines of WHO and Government bodies, and are implementing our 20-Point Safety And Hygiene

To ensure Safety and Hygiene of all our Guests we have introduced the following Protocols at the time of Arrival:

4 - Point Arrival Safety Check Protocols

1. Having Masks for all Guests is Mandatory
2. Luggage to be placed at designated Luggage Area for Disinfection
3. Temperature checks for all Guests
4. Contact-less Automatic Sanitizer Dispensing Station

5 - Point Check In Process Protocols

1. Protective Glass Shield at the Reception
2. Contact-less Mobile Online form to capture Guest Details
3. Contact-less Payment Options
4. Redesign of the Lobby to ensure Social Distancing
5. Room Keys are Sanitized and handed over directly to the Guests

Room Allocation and Cleanliness

For the Safety of our Guests we ensure each room is kept vacant for at least 24 Hours after previous checkout and cleaning.

3 - Point Guest Room Cleanliness and disinfection Safety Protocols

1. Ensuring all High Touch Points like Switches, Table Top, Remote, Telephone are Cleaned with 75% Isotropic Alcohol Solution
2. Daily In House Room Cleaning has been changed to Cleaning once in 3 Days or as per guest request to minimize contact with guests
3. All Linen Washed in High Temperature and using Washing Soda as per World Health Organization Guidelines


In Room Food Ordering experience has been transformed into a digital format yet ensuring the sanitization and Hygiene is maintained till the very last bite.

3 -Point In Room Dining Hygiene Protocols

1. Food Ordering and payment: Can be done through Digital Modes 
2. In Room Food Delivery will be done in Well Sanitized Packaging and will be left Outside the Room
3. Disposable Plates and Spoons will be Provided

General Safety and Cleanliness Protocols

To ensure transparency and Peace of mind of our Guests, we have revamped and Improved our General Areas Cleanliness and Safety standards by implementing the following Protocols.

3 - Point General Safety and Cleanliness Protocols

1. Lobby and Lift Areas are Sanitized every 3 Hours using Sodium Hypochlorite
2. All Corridors and Handles are Sanitized using 1% Sodium Hypochlorite Solution 4 Times a day
3. A very clearly defined protocol has been implemented for both our guests and employees to be assisted/ directed to an approved medical centre in the event there are any symptoms of cold, cough, fever etc.
